Our Cheese

Remutaka Pass Creamery is our very own brand of cheese, made in our small factory here at C’est Cheese, Featherston, South Wairarapa. Made on the day of milking using organic milk from Te Pare family farm, which is a 10-minute drive from the factory. Local, fresh organic milk gives our cheese its strong connection to the terroir that is uniquely Wairarapa.
