One of the most famous of cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano is produced by hundreds of dairies and factories known as caselli. These are regulated by a “Consorzio” (consortium) that upholds the protected name standards, grades cheeses, and handles worldwide advertising and marketing.

We typically carry stock that is between 3 to 8 years old, however our current stock is the younger version at 2 years.
