Summit Snow is Remutaka Pass Creamery’s most popular cheese and was judged NZ’s top white mould cheese at the 2021 NZ Cheese awards. Creamy with a medium strength mushroom flavour, this organic milk beauty is a bloomy rind cheese (similar to brie).
With age, Summit Snow’s paste softens and flows, while the flavour intensifies.

We are beginning production of summit snow end of August, so this popular cheese will be available again end of September/early October. Just in time for NZ cheese month!
