Vintage Sheep Cheddar
We were fortunate to be able to secure the last few makes of Blue River Diary’s ewe’s milk Black Mount Aged Cheddar and have since on aged this unique cheese.
It’s now close to 4 years old and its age is delivering a subtle yet affirmative aged sheep cheese flavour. Caramel and citrus tones with a full mouth feel, this is a must on any cheese board. Only available from C’est Cheese.
Ewes milk. Veg rennet.
