Our smoked havarti is a creamy soft style cheese, made with organic cow’s milk sourced from Te Pare Organic Farm, Kahutara – a mere 12 minutes from our creamery. Once out of its mould, we smoke each wheel for around 4 hours and then aged for a minimum of 3 months. Medium to strong manuka smoked cheese, great on a cheese board and perfect in a burger.
